Booking terms and conditions

To guarantee your booking, we require your credit card number and expiry date. No amount will be debited, since payment will be made directly at the hotel.

Cancellation terms and conditions

You can cancel your booking without incurring any cancellation fees up to two days prior to the day of arrival. During September and October, the cancellation policy is three days prior to the day of arrival. 
In case of a late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged for one night.

Check-in / check-out time

Check-in time: from 3 pm. You are advised to notify the hotel of your estimated time of arrival, especially in case of a late check-in.
Latest check-out time: 11 pm.

Customers are reminded that, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12°of the Consumer Code, they do not have a right of withdrawal as provided for in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. The Terms and Conditions of Sales for the selected price ‘specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

Only the terms and conditions in French are legally binding. Conditions translated into English, German or any other language are given for information purposes only. 
After having referred the matter to the hotel's dispute resolution department, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 1 month, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details are given below: Postal address :

Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of this contract that cannot be settled amicably will be referred to the Colmar Commercial Court.
